Synopsis: Oliver (Szajda), a young American pianist of Polish origin, not withstanding pressure from his mother and calculating agent, after parting with his wife arrives in Polish, where it breaks the European tour. Loses everything: love, appreciation and well-promising career. He has at the same time to pay off huge debt. The bar he meets Frank (Janusz Gajos), a former professor of mathematics, a passionate player and an expert in horse racing. With it meets Cornelia (Marta Zmuda Trzebiatowska), a beautiful, somewhat mysterious woman who becomes increasingly closer to him.
